ET2Sim \u2013 Terms and Conditions of Service<\/p>

1. Introduction<\/p>

These Terms and Conditions (\u201cTerms\u201d) apply to your use of
the ET2Sim website (et2sim.com.au), services, and products including digital
eSIMs (\u201cServices\u201d). By accessing our website, creating an account, or
purchasing any Services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms, our Privacy
Policy, and any applicable policies referred to herein.<\/p>

2. Eligibility<\/p>

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
to use our Services.<\/p>

3. Services Provided<\/p>

ET2Sim supplies prepaid eSIM profiles for mobile
connectivity. These are delivered electronically and are intended for personal,
non-automated use on compatible devices. ET2Sim is not responsible for issues
arising from incorrect installation or device incompatibility.<\/p>

4. Account Registration<\/p>

4.1 You may need to create an account to access some
Services. You must provide accurate and current information.<\/p>

4.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality
of your account details and for all activities under your account.<\/p>

5. Device Compatibility<\/p>

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your device
supports eSIM functionality prior to purchase. Refunds will not be issued for
incompatible devices.<\/p>

6. Orders and Delivery<\/p>

6.1 Orders are processed electronically. Upon successful
payment, eSIM activation details will be sent via email.<\/p>

6.2 Ensure your contact information is accurate to avoid
delivery delays.<\/p>

7. Pricing and Payments<\/p>

7.1 All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and
include GST unless otherwise stated.<\/p>

7.2 We accept multiple payment methods, including credit
card, PayPal, and supported cryptocurrencies.<\/p>

7.3 Prices are subject to change without notice.<\/p>

8. Refund and Cancellation Policy<\/p>

8.1 Refunds are generally not available for delivered
digital products unless required under the Australian Consumer Law.<\/p>

8.2 ET2Sim may issue refunds subject to a 10% processing fee
(except for crypto payments, which are non-refundable).<\/p>

8.3 If a product is faulty or not as described, contact
support@et2sim.com.au within 7 days.<\/p>

8.4 Refills and crypto purchases are not refundable.<\/p>

9. Use Restrictions<\/p>

9.1 Services must not be used for illegal, fraudulent, or
abusive purposes, or in automated systems.<\/p>

9.2 Violation of this clause may result in suspension or
termination of services.<\/p>

10. Termination & Suspension<\/p>

ET2Sim may suspend or terminate services at its discretion,
including for:<\/p>

\u00a0Misuse or abuse of the service or network;<\/p>

\u00a0Use of automated systems without prior approval;<\/p>

\u00a0Network issues or maintenance requirements.<\/p>

11. Affiliate Program<\/p>

11.1 Affiliates earn commission via unique links. A minimum
AUD 25 commission is required for payouts.<\/p>

11.2 Payouts occur monthly via Bank Transfer<\/p>

11.3 Misuse or breach of terms may result in program
removal.<\/p>

12. Referral Program<\/p>

12.1 Advocates may earn free data rewards for referring new
customers.<\/p>

12.2 Misuse may lead to disqualification from the program.<\/p>

13. Privacy<\/p>

Your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our
Services, you consent to our data practices in accordance with the Australian
Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).<\/p>

14. Intellectual Property<\/p>

All content, logos, and trademarks are the property of

ET2Sim is not responsible for content on external websites

and the Commonwealth of Australia. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of
